Job Title: Dedicated Food Service AssociateAward-winning Residential Care seeks an exceptional Support Worker Catering to ensure a supportive environment where residents can express their food preferences and choices, while guaranteeing nutritious meals prepared in alignment with industry standards.The successful candidate will work closely with the care team to deliver personalized meal services, ensuring that resident satisfaction is maintained. Key responsibilities include:
  • Preparing daily meals and beverages that cater to individual needs, including special dietary requirements, allergies, and cultural preferences as instructed by the chef or cook.
  • Maintaining high standards of environmental service and ensuring a safe, clean living environment for residents.
  • Serving nutritious meals in an appealing manner at the right temperature.
  • Collaborating with the care team to plate and deliver meals, staying familiar with menus and resident needs and preferences.
  • Providing social and emotional support to all residents, delivering holistic, person-centered care.
  • Preparation of trays and trolleys for each meal service according to the Calvary National Dining and Nutrition Guide.
  • Completing cleaning tasks as per the schedule and signing off on completion.
