Job Title: Continuous Improvement LeadWe are seeking a seasoned continuous improvement professional with expertise in driving productivity and efficiency across processes, systems, and people.
This role acts as a strategic partner across the organization, translating vision into actionable improvement initiatives that enhance operations, culture, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to align CI efforts with strategic planning, performance, and governance cycles.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of an enterprise-wide continuous improvement framework.
- Translate organizational strategy into actionable CI initiatives that drive measurable improvement in service delivery, operations, and culture.
Requirements:
- 8 – 12+ years of experience in transformation, strategy execution, or CI roles in large, complex institutions.
- Proven track record of leading strategic and operational change at the enterprise level, in a regulated or institutionally complex setting.
