KINNECT is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Graduate Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our team. As a Graduate Rehabilitation Counsellor, you will play a vital role in helping individuals return to work after injury.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess injured workers to determine the best course of action for their recovery.
  • Provide clinical opinions and justification through report writing.
  • Case manage complex injuries and liaise with treating doctors and health professionals to facilitate recovery and return to work.
  • Work with insurers to provide job seeking and job placement services for injured workers.
  • Complete vocational or transferable skills assessments for workers.
  • Visit workplaces to gain an understanding of the challenges injured workers may face and educate workplaces on how to prevent workplace injuries.
