We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to lead our $4M Lab Extension project in Burnie, Tasmania. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing finishing trades, ensuring quality assurance, and enforcing OH&S measures and procedures.
Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate finishing trades to ensure timely completion of the project
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
* Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency on site
* Collaborate with the project team to resolve any disputes or issues that may arise
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role or trade background
* Strong knowledge of construction processes and procedures
* Proficient in using Hammertech, Procore, and MS Packages
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
