**About the Role**:
Catering professionals with a passion for hospitality are invited to join our team in a permanent Cold Larder position at an aged care residence in Booragul, NSW.

**Job Summary:**
We seek an engaging and dedicated individual to create and assemble salads, cold appetizers, and other cold dishes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for special diet modifications, maintaining food hygiene and safety practices, and assisting the broader team as required.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Creating and assembling salads, cold appetizers, and other cold dishes
  • Special diet modifications including allergies/intolerances, supplements and texture modified purees
  • Maintaining food hygiene and safety practices
  • Assisting the broader team as required

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in kitchens, food preparation and/or customer service
  • Experience in aged care or catering is an advantage but not necessary
  • A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
  • Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
