We are seeking an experienced Landscape Estimator to join our team at Buildability Group. As a key member of our in-house team, you will be responsible for estimating and tendering large-scale landscaping projects across multiple states.

Our client is a renowned household name in the commercial landscape construction arena, with a strong presence throughout multiple states and a great reputation for delivering demanding and challenging projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in landscaping, carpentry, building, and/or civil construction, with experience in using Benchmark software and MS Excel for estimating.

The role will involve:

  • Price and tender multi-million-dollar landscaping projects
  • Business development and growth
  • Site visits and inspections to ensure accurate estimations
  • Tender meetings with clients and stakeholders
  • Handover of estimates to the construction team
  • Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience and knowledge of how to build projects
  • Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in software
  • Willingness to learn and evolve with the company
  • Personality and culture fit with our team
