We are seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a travel consultant. As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for promoting our exciting travel money products and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service and achieve individual KPIs/targets
- Maximize sales and promote our product range to all customers
- Embrace the digital mindset through social media engagement
- Monitor stock levels and investigate discrepancies
- Comply with company policies and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- A passion for travel and a positive can-do attitude
- Excellent verbal communication and written comprehension skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Retail, cash-handling, and/or banking experience (desirable but not essential)
