Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Clinical Care Coordination component of our stepped care service
  • Provide clinical oversight and leadership to a multidisciplinary team
  • Oversee The Way Bay Support Service, an innovative non-clinical outreach program
  • Work with the Operations Manager to establish and deliver Clinical Care Coordination services
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in psychology, social work, mental health nursing, or a relevant discipline
  • Current registration with AHPRA or eligibility with the Australian Association of Social Workers
  • Demonstrated excellence in mental health service delivery, with advanced knowledge and skills in assessment and interventions
  • Experience in providing clinical supervision for a multi-disciplinary team
  • Experience working in cross-cultural settings, particularly with First Nations People, and in trauma-informed, recovery-oriented services
