The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Administration Officer to join our team at Northgate. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with our valued customers, providing high-quality support to the business through the delivery of organisational skills, facilitating effective and efficient contract administration and liaising stakeholders to meet the needs and obligations of contract provisions.

  • Managing the Municipal Contracts invoicing requirements for Qld Solids – Metro region.
  • Running reports for each Council from various systems, collating data, reconciliation of data, through to invoicing.
  • Meeting strict deadlines for each Council.
  • Liaising daily with Councils, Finance Business Partners, and other team members.
  • Maintaining our CRM Database of customer information, receiving and filling in council forms etc.

  • Relevant qualifications in business or equivalent experience in contract administration, accounting or finance.
  • Excellent skills in MS Office.
  • Strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven contract administration experience including ability to interpret, understand and communicate contract information.
  • Experience in a fast-paced logistics or industrial environment.
  • An eye for detail with technical acumen to solve Account issues as they arise.
  • The ability to work autonomously and within tight time frames.
  • Excellent communication across various stakeholders.
