Job Description

We are seeking an experienced retail sales professional to join our dynamic team at our Erina store.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our brands and contributing to a positive in-store experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about fashion and retail to grow their career with a leading Australian streetwear brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to assist customers with purchases.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash and credit card sales.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays to ensure a consistent and appealing store image.
Requirements

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Previous retail experience preferably in a similar environment.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
