Customer Service Representative

Job Description:
CeX is a retailer that deals with all things digital. Phones, Games, Computers and Electronics are our specialty. We're looking for people to join us in our fast-paced environment where organization skills are required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Possess strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to use POS systems and registers
- Knowledge of products
- Show traits of initiative
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to take direction
- Reliability

Benefits:
- Casual hours available (10-20 per week)
- Competitive hourly rate ($24-$26 per hour)

Requirements:
- Available Monday-Sunday all day
- On call
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Experience:
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:
