We are seeking an experienced accountant to join our team in a part-time capacity. As an accountant with us, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
  • Manage the general ledger to ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.

You will also be responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing project costs and budgets, as well as preparing and lodging monthly and quarterly BAS and other statutory requirements on time.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in accounting, bookkeeping, and tax compliance, ideally within a small to medium-sized business environment.
  • Experience working with software development or technology clients is highly regarded.
