Early Childhood Teacher

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic teacher to lead our educational programs for young children. Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS), and will be able to create engaging and play-based learning experiences that foster curiosity and growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality programs, observing and documenting children's learning and development, and collaborating with fellow educators to ensure consistency in practice. They will also build strong relationships with children, families, and the community, and support the Centre Director in achieving excellence across all areas of the service.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • AACECQA-approved Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS, with experience implementing high-quality programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident using technology for programming and documentation
  • Current approved First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
