System Analyst Role Overview

This position plays a pivotal role in enhancing system functionality, backlog management, maintaining service continuity, and ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.

  • Proven experience in ICT system analysis, specifically in project transition to BAU.
  • Strong knowledge and application of Agile methodologies and Agile delivery frameworks.
  • Proficiency in technical documentation (e.g. API specifications, data mapping, system diagrams).
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification or professional certification in related field (e.g. Business Analysis, Project Management).
