SAP Implementation Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with the full implementation cycle of SAP Employee Central and SAP Employee Central Time Off, strong technical and functional knowledge within the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem, and current SAP certifications in both Employee Central and Employee Central Time Off.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading client projects from initial discovery workshops through to final deployment, taking full ownership of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities include translating complex business requirements into robust solutions within SAP Employee Central and Employee Central Time Off, designing and configuring systems to meet the needs of our diverse enterprise and government clients, building strong relationships with stakeholders and delivering solutions that meet and exceed their expectations.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills for conducting workshops, presenting solutions to stakeholders, and building rapport with clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with SAP Employee Central and SAP Employee Central Time Off implementation cycles.
  • Strong technical and functional knowledge within the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.
  • Current SAP certifications in Employee Central and Employee Central Time Off.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
