Leading Early Childhood Education

We are seeking an experienced Educational Leader to join our team.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality education and care to children aged 0-5 years.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement a play-based curriculum that meets the needs of all children.
  • Manage and support a team of educators to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality education and care.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent.
  • Have a current Working with Children Check or be willing to obtain one.
  • Possess a current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or be willing to obtain one.
  • Be committed to fostering the growth and development of young minds.
  • Experience in an Educational Leader capacity is desirable.
