Working Capital Associate

Your role involves working collaboratively with a dynamic team to deliver excellence in managing cash flow.

The cash management team is responsible for ensuring that billings, collections, and receipting are delivered efficiently and timely to meet key performance indicators on a month-to-month basis.

You will:

  • Upload bank statements and invoices to the finance system
  • Reverse bills
  • Action internal queries raised by legal staff
  • Allocate funds
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Clear unallocated payments from bank reconciliation

You will have:

  • Experience in a working capital position
  • Accurate data entry skills and strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Experience using Expert, Onguard, or Calumo is preferred
  • An ability to work collaboratively with other team members
