Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Support specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day support and troubleshooting for finance-related functionality across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Monitor the MSS inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner">
  • Report and document errors in the MediaOcean Support portal">
  • Onboard new employees, manage terminations, and transfers for SMD access">
  • Manage AQ allocations">
  • Perform bi-annual user access audits">
  • Maintain Spectra MD masterfiles (excluding Client) for set up of Medium, Creditor, and Product codes">
  • Maintain ALTAIR conversions">
  • Troubleshoot SAP posting issues">
  • Perform updates of client booking data, including service fee, commission, commission rebate, AASC, PO, and Approval Number over-rides">
  • Troubleshoot WebRDS issues">
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as required">
  • Raise IT Service Requests for Spectra MD/IT related issues">
  • Update ALTAIR (SAP) user access">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess at least 1 year of experience in Spectra MD, customer support or service experience, exposure to SAP, and skills in Spectra MD, Microsoft Office, and basic IT literacy.
