As a skilled writer, you will develop high-quality tender responses, expressions of interest (EOIs), and proposals across multiple sectors. Your expertise will enable you to craft persuasive content that meets client requirements, compliance standards, and our brand voice.

  • You will maintain a library of case studies, capability statements, and corporate content.
  • Project management skills are essential to manage submission timelines, compliance requirements, and internal approvals.
  • Coordinate inputs across departments to ensure timely and professional submissions.
  • Support responses with visual aids, such as graphics, organograms, and CV summaries as required.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to translate technical input into clear, engaging content.
  • Partner with sales managers and business development managers to align messaging with client strategy.
  • Liaise with legal, finance, and human resources teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct post-submission reviews and track outcomes to strengthen future bids.
  • Contribute to bid strategy discussions to improve win rates.
