Job Description

Join a dynamic team to create industry-facing content. As a Senior Technical Writer/Content Creator, you will work closely with subject matter experts and project managers to produce high-quality industry artefacts, including presentation packs, test guides, and technical specifications.

This role requires the ability to simplify complex concepts and processes into easy-to-understand language and visuals, helping industry stakeholders understand planning, build, and test requirements as part of integrating into the new system.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum five years of technical writing experience in a top-tier management or transformation consultancy within the financial industry
  • Proficiency in documentation and collaboration tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
  • Strong understanding of system integration concepts and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
