Job Summary

As a highly skilled Emergency Medicine Registrar, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting the medical team in a fast-paced emergency department environment.

With a focus on delivering high-quality patient outcomes, you will assess and manage acute medical conditions, including trauma, medical emergencies, and psychiatric cases.

You will collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement treatment plans, conduct thorough patient evaluations, and order diagnostic tests as needed.

Additionally, you will maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring seamless communication between healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage acute medical conditions, including trauma, medical emergencies, and psychiatric cases.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations, ordering diagnostic tests as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable).
  • Current AHPRA Registration.
  • CRC.
  • NSW WWCC.
  • Indemnity.
  • Medicare provider number.
  • ID check.
  • NSW declarations (e.g. Hep B; TB; Secondary Employment; Code of Conduct).
