Job Title
The role of Senior Pharmacist is a key position in the Cancer Care Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the unit and work closely with other members of the Pharmacy Management Team.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a clinical pharmacist to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. As a Senior Pharmacist, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of pharmacy services in the Cancer Care Unit.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of pharmacy services in the Cancer Care Unit.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the unit, including medication management and quality assurance.
Work collaboratively with other members of the Pharmacy Management Team to achieve strategic objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Demonstrated expertise as a clinical pharmacist, including advanced knowledge of therapeutics in oncology and haematology.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals and patients.
