About the Role

As a Junior Store Assistant, you will play a vital role in keeping our stores running smoothly by assisting customers, maintaining store displays, and ensuring efficient stock management. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers:
    • Provide exceptional customer service by answering queries, locating products, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to make recommendations and promote sales.
  • Store Maintenance:
    • Ensure store displays are well-maintained, visually appealing, and compliant with company standards.
    • Restock shelves efficiently to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
    • Perform back-of-store duties such as unloading and unpacking stock, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Teamwork:
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Flexibility:
    • Availability to work weekends, after-school hours between 4pm-9pm, and during school holidays.
  • Attitude and Skills:
    • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
    • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a great eye for detail.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Education and Qualifications:
    • No specific qualifications required, but a willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential.
