About the Role

We are searching for a Qualified Retail Butcher to join this established family-owned Butcher in Maroochydore. You will be an expert in all areas of meat preparation, de-boning, and delivering exceptional products for our customers. In this role, you will be confident in performing quality inspections, taking accountability for the presentation of the meat, and presenting premium products

Skills and Experience

  • You will have industry qualifications
  • Longevity in your past roles
  • Past experience in supporting new people in the business
  • Exceptional skills in de-boning, tying, grinding, and tenderising meat
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with weighing and numbers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in the safety and use of equipment
  • Understanding how to maintain and sharpen blades
  • You will take a lot of pride and passion in your career
  • Understanding of quality control checks
