Chronic Kidney Disease Dietitian Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled dietitian to work alongside a renal nurse practitioner, medical officer, and rural remote generalist in a multi-disciplinary team delivering outreach services to surrounding communities. The successful applicant will have experience working with Indigenous communities and be comfortable with regular travel and overnight stays.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a dietitian to make a meaningful contribution to the health and wellbeing of patients with chronic kidney disease and other acute conditions. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality dietary advice to patients, working effectively in a team environment and developing strong relationships with clients and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Indigenous communities and understanding of their cultural needs
  • Comfortable with regular travel and overnight stays, including extended periods away from home
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team environment
