Job Description
The Reconciliation Program Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing, and assessing the company's Reconciliation Action Plan and initiatives. This involves ensuring alignment with other programs and working closely with senior leaders to advise on policies and practices that foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Reconciliation Action Plan, including strategies to increase indigenous participation and employment opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure alignment with other programs and initiatives.
- Advise on policies and practices that promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Reconciliation Action Plan and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Prior experience in reconciliation or indigenous affairs is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of reconciliation principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
