About Us

We require a skilled and experienced butcher to join our team.

  • Must have excellent knife skills and knowledge of meat quality, cuts and preparation.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to take direction and meet specified requirements.

The successful applicant will be responsible for breaking down carcasses into primary and secondary cuts, processing meat using knives, cleavers, saws and other equipment, preparing sausages and small goods, and ensuring work areas are clean and compliant with all food safety and hygiene standards.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Qualified butcher or extensive butchery experience.
  • Enthusiastic and positive energy, enjoy working as part of a team, and a willingness to learn and share skills.
  • Ability to take direction and meet specified requirements.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, physically fit, and having excellent attention to detail and taking pride in their workmanship.
