About the Role

We are seeking a talented Associate or Senior Associate to join our Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) practice in Sydney.

Our TMT team is a market leader in their field, with a full-service offering covering transactional, regulatory and dispute resolution matters.

As a key member of our team, you will work with James North and a team of high-performing practitioners on a broad range of matters, including:

  • Strategic commercial transactions, such as joint-ventures, acquisitions, procurement, outsourcing, regulatory compliance and product rollouts
  • Disputes in the TMT sector, including information security, privacy, cyber security and data protection

You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of clients and matters, and will be supported by a nationally collaborative practice group.
