About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our Internal Audit team as a Senior Audit Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and executing audit engagements to ensure the bank's risk management framework is effective and efficient.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of the annual Audit Plan and allocate resources based on the risk profile of business areas.
  • Plan, lead, and execute audit engagements in line with the annual Audit Plan and audit methodology.
  • Review specific business areas with a focus on technology, data, and automation-related processes.
  • Assess the adequacy and appropriateness of controls in place to manage and mitigate risk.
  • Deliver high-quality audit reports supported by appropriate audit evidence.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including Technology senior management, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in risk management frameworks and principles, including operational risk and compliance.
  • Proven experience in leading concurrent Technology large-sized audit engagements or risk teams working on medium to high complexity and profile reviews.
  • Substantial experience auditing across complex Technology environments.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and conflict management skills.
