Digital Risk and Compliance Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to champion a highly collaborative, transparent, and proactive risk and compliance culture.
- The ideal candidate will have strong ownership mindset and ability to progress work without direction.
This role involves working closely with senior leaders and business units to support and promote an effective Three Lines of Defence model.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a library of all Technology Digital risks and controls.
- Monitor and review Technology Digital risks and controls and contribute to the risk and control self-assessment process.
- Develop regular reports highlighting key trends, insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Develop presentations and dashboards for various Forums and Committees.
The successful candidate will have opportunity to work on various projects and initiatives including the development and implementation of Technology Digital policies and standards.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or related discipline.
- Strong understanding of risk management, compliance management, control assurance, and Digital Technology operations.
- Demonstrate experience in risk and compliance or equivalent role (audit and assurance) across Digital and Technology in large complex organisations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Digital and Technology legal/regulatory requirements, industry frameworks, standards, and best practice.
This is a critical role that requires a motivated and experienced professional who can bring their skills and expertise to make a difference in the Technology Digital function.
