Our client is a rapidly expanding private healthcare organization specializing in the treatment of a diverse range of neurological conditions. Their highly skilled team comprises Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Pathologists who work collaboratively to provide comprehensive care to clients with conditions such as Spinal Cord Injury, neuromuscular disorders, Acquired Brain Injury, and other neurological presentations.
About the RoleWe are currently seeking an Exercise Physiologist to fill a specialized neurological therapy position in a clinic-based setting. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing evidence-based treatment plans in the clinic, as well as in home and community settings. You will work with a broad range of neurological conditions, providing goal-oriented interventions through exercise prescription, wheelchair skills training, community integration, and return to sport and recreation. You will also deliver group exercise classes and work closely with a highly experienced multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Implement best practice, evidence-based treatment plans in the clinic and community settings
- Work with a broad range of neurological conditions, including SCI, neuromuscular disorders, ABI, and other neurological presentations
- Provide goal-oriented interventions through exercise prescription, wheelchair skills training, community integration, and return to sport and recreation
- Deliver group exercise classes and work closely with a multidisciplinary team
- $70K-$90K salary range (dependent on experience) + superannuation + commission

- Driver's license and vehicle
- Eligible to work permanently in Australia
