At our organization, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional results through innovative and data-driven solutions. As a key member of our Space Planning team, you'll play a vital role in optimizing return on space and enhancing the customer experience.

**Job Description:**

  • Develop and maintain promotional merchandising principles, financial KPIs, and ensure standards are followed in all planograms.
  • Ensure promotional and off-location planograms created deliver to overall strategy.
  • Maintain off-location assortments, documents, and floor plans as required.
  • Lead team to create and maintain data-driven customer lead reporting that is operationally efficient.
  • Be responsible for developing and maintaining all reporting across the Space Planning team.
  • Coach and develop team members in improved reporting.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

- Previous retail management experience in space, range, and merchandising with a national or global retailer.
- Ability to develop reporting utilizing various data sources.
- Experience working with customer and market insights is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze large datasets and determine performance to drive business outcomes.
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities, strong people skills, and leadership skills.
- Proficient Excel, SAP, Power BI skills.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.

**About You:

- High School Certificate (highly desirable).
- Relevant graduate/Tertiary qualifications.
