About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Implementation Consultant to join our team at Pronto Software. As a key member of our Professional Services Consulting team, you will be responsible for delivering successful ERP solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Pronto Xi, our award-winning ERP software, to meet the business requirements of our clients.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and design solutions to meet those needs.
  • Document system configurations and perform system testing to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Deliver end-user training and manage customer business improvements.
Requirements
  • Strong business consulting skills and commercial understanding.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and organize your time and project schedules.
  • Experience in producing quality user documentation and designing solutions to meet client business requirements.
  • Full lifecycle implementation and upgrade experience in mid to large-scale ERP projects.
  • Pronto Xi experience and skills are highly regarded.
