Customer Service Team Member

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Member to join our dynamic services team.
This role presents a unique opportunity for someone to develop their skills and contribute to the growth of our organisation.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by receiving and processing orders in a timely manner, maintaining clear communication with customers, working closely with internal departments to achieve excellent results, prioritising workload to meet deadlines, and facilitating team projects.
You will need to possess strong communication skills, a high level of accuracy, a willingness to learn, experience with Microsoft Office, and problem-solving and negotiation skills to succeed in this role.
