Customer Service Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced customer service team member to provide exceptional service and support in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- previous experience in customer-facing roles
- a strong customer service attitude
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive demeanor
- previous food handling experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Assisting with bar operations, including drinks preparation and serving
- Maintaining a clean and organized environment
- Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment
- Australia work authorization
