Job Summary:

A Retail Product Coordinator is required to coordinate product testing and validation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate product testing and validate product designs and functionalities.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, marketing, and suppliers to ensure successful product development and timely launch.
  • Manage product documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and marketing materials.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements throughout the development process.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to assess the viability and profitability of new products.
  • Provide reporting and insights, including monthly business reviews.

Requirements:

  • Maintain up-to-date workflow software.
  • Schedule and attend regular meetings with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure alignment and maintain product master files.
  • Submit and archive all compliance reports.
  • Manage selected products using project management tools.
  • Complete regular reporting tasks in a timely manner.
