Job Overview:

A Leadership Role in Employment Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our teams across multiple sites. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for driving results-oriented work environments and fostering a culture of inclusion.

Our ideal candidate will have strong leadership or customer service background, excellent organizational and time management abilities, and a proven track record of recruiting, training, and team performance management.

In this role, you will cultivate strong interpersonal relationships and effective communication skills, while maintaining high energy levels and motivating teams to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The successful candidate will also possess Australian citizenship or permanent residency.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of recruiting, training, and team performance management.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
