We are currently seeking a Service Area Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff across a few sites to motivate and coach them to achieve their KPI’s.

- Strong leadership or customer service background
- Highly energetic, driven and has initiative to work autonomously and build strategies that work.
- Ability to learn guidelines in a highly supportive environment.
- Proven team management skills
- Ability to create a strong value driven culture from a leader
- Ensure team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met and exceeded

**Qualifications** Attributes and Experience**:
You will ideally bring leadership or management experience. Preferably, you will also possess the following attributes:

- Demonstrated experience in managing teams and/or multiple sites
- Ability to recruit staff, train staff, and team performance management.
- Outstanding organisational and time management abilities.
- Interpersonal skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to use computer programs in an office environment.
- Hold and maintain a current Australian Driver's License and vehicle
