Role Overview

Responsibilities

  • Draft client reports and advices on liability
  • Attend conciliation conferences and mediations
  • Brief counsel and represent clients in court
  • Work on high-calibre cases with partner access and support from senior team members

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of experience in insurance litigation and/or personal injury law
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Solid litigation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
