The Role

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily site operations and coordinating trades, subcontractors, materials, and equipment
  • Monitoring project schedules to achieve key milestones
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards
  • Building productive relationships with stakeholders and resolving on-site challenges
  • Maintaining a strong focus on quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle
The Criteria
  • Experience as a Site Manager, delivering projects up to $20M
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate teams and collaborate with stakeholders
  • A deep understanding of construction scheduling and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in interpreting plans and specifications
  • A solutions-oriented mindset, with integrity and accountability in your work
