Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Support Consultant to join our team at our QV Platinum club. As a Member Support Consultant, you will be the driving force behind the success of Fitness First, interacting with members and inspiring them to achieve their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to club sales budget through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals
  • Achieve lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member journeys through positive and personalised interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Active involvement in member retention programs
  • Regular service calls to new and existing members
Requirements:
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • Problem-solving mindset
