Job Description

As a Regional Work Health and Safety Officer, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and maintaining comprehensive work health and safety systems at an Aged Care Centre level.

You will collaborate closely with our WHS team to ensure seamless implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of WHS plans, policy, procedures, systems, and frameworks.

Your primary objective will be to foster a positive safety culture, applying a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach to safety and risk-reduction measures across the ACC division.

  • Implement, maintain, and monitor WHS plans, policy, procedures, systems, and frameworks.
  • Provide consultation on WHS matters to ACC leaders.
