We are seeking an experienced strategy professional to join our Strategy and Innovation team, responsible for managing projects, providing regular progress updates, and delivering high-quality work to meet deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage interactions with diverse external stakeholders.
• Identify and prioritize new stakeholders to engage with.
• Represent the company when communicating with external stakeholders, maintaining clear records of interactions through our CRM system.
• Create innovative ways to analyze and present problems and potential solutions, building on existing analysis.
• Produce clear, concise reports and slide packs explaining project findings.
• Collaborate with other members of the Customer Service and Strategy and Innovation teams on strategic projects.

**Essential Skills & Experience:**
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to drive progress with a wide range of people.
• Ability to consider strategic frameworks and concepts, driving real-world impact.
• Numeracy and Excel skills, with the ability to translate complex information into easily understandable messaging.

**Desirable Background:**
• Experience in Strategy and Innovation or strategic consultancy, financial services, insurance, or healthcare.
