Strategic Support:

  • Understand JLL's strategic priorities and ensure focus on key deliverables for the CEO.
  • Develop trusted relationships with the CEO, CFO, Head of HR, and other key stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with external contacts, including clients and industry groups.

Administration & Operational Support:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing diaries, emails, and documents.
  • Collaborate with other executive assistants across the organization.
  • Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies and maximise business impact.
  • Ensure compliance with governance and process best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing daily tasks and developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support the CEO's priorities and ensure compliance with governance and process best practices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external contacts, including clients and industry groups.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting CEOs and Senior Executives.
  • Demonstrated track record in delivering professional executive assistant responsibilities.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience supporting CFO and HR leaders across multiple industries is preferred.
