- Experience in restructuring and insolvency law, with a strong ability to contribute to professional development and know-how.
- Ability to take day-to-day responsibility for more straightforward matters and actively progress complex matters with close partner support.
- Well-developed drafting skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to assist clients in arriving at practical and cost-effective solutions.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to mentor and assist junior associates.
- Understanding of the way our business, competitors, and clients are developing and ability to work with the business development team to develop business opportunities.
