About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced On Road Service Technician to join our team at All Purpose Pumps. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and maintenance services to our clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Repair Services: Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks to ensure seamless operations.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all required repairs are completed efficiently and cost-effectively, maintaining accurate records of service calls, repairs, and equipment inventory.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve technical issues, and communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
Requirements
  • A Grade Electrical License
  • Technical degree or certification in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills
  • Australian Driver's License
  • Willing to complete a National Police Check and Working with Children Check
  • Experience with troubleshooting and repairing equipment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working on fire panels and systems (Highly regarded)
