Field Service Engineer

Your role involves providing expert repair services for technology solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding safety standards. You are committed to maintaining the performance and longevity of customers' technology through your expertise.

You will

  • Report into an Operations Manager.
  • Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair technical systems, diagnosing issues to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
  • Act as the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

  • Between 5-10 years of experience working in a XY capacity.

Job location

Our Field Service team is based in Kalgoorlie, Australia (AU). You will work remotely and spend significant time traveling to visit customers within your designated area.
