Auto Electrician Role: Repair and Maintenance Specialist

As a Field Service Auto Electrician, you will service customers in the Goldfields region, performing repairs and maintenance on Caterpillar equipment in a collaborative and safety-focused environment.
The role requires regular travel to customer sites across the region. You will work under the guidance of a supervisor, maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to protocols.
Job Responsibilities- Maintain and repair Caterpillar products in the field, managing work orders and carrying out repairs, maintenance and servicing as required.
- Conduct product improvement plans and support programs, ensuring a high level of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- A recognised Automotive Electrical Technology Trade Certificate with post-trade experience.
- Ability to work under pressure in an isolated and remote environment.
- Ability to work independently and seek out work opportunities without continuous direct supervision.
- Previous post-trade Caterpillar experience in a field service environment is highly desirable.
- Strong safety values and ability to organise work teams and delegate tasks are essential.
- Extensive diagnostic and fault-finding skills are necessary for this role.
