**Job Description**: As a Relationship Executive, you will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with clients and driving their business forward. Your expertise will be instrumental in understanding the complex needs of healthcare businesses and delivering tailored financial solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a client portfolio spanning across various health industries, including Medico, Vet, Pharmacy, Aged Care, Allied Health, Day Hospitals, and Retirement Villages
  • Provide full banking solutions for customers across the ACT region, leveraging your knowledge of cash flow, capital, wealth, risk management, and investment advice
  • Work collaboratively with a skilled analyst team and utilize integrated market-leading systems to drive client growth and retention
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals and partnerships, while maintaining an in-depth understanding of client needs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in successfully building and leading commercial banking or corporate portfolios
  • A deep understanding of banking products and services, sound financial analysis, and credit skills, with a strong grasp of financial documents and underlying cash-flow drivers
  • A real passion for customer service and driving new business
