You will develop and implement high-level business development strategies to expand our client base, secure major projects, and enhance market presence.

Job Description

As a senior leader in our Energy sector, you will be responsible for cultivating existing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.

You will oversee the delivery aligned to client objectives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards. Additionally, you will mentor and develop senior team members, sharing sector insights, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience working in the Energy sector, ideally in project development, with a proven track record in successfully delivering major projects and programs.
  • Preferring Australian experience with an established network within the Energy sector.
  • A proactive approach to business development via new and existing clients, including cross-selling opportunities, and leading pursuits and tenders.
  • Experience of working within both client and consultant environments an advantage.
  • Experience working with global accounts and a 'key client' partnering approach and supporting growth through such relationships.
